The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has enabled pilgrims to issue a digital Hajj Completion Certificate through the “Nusuk” app, allowing pilgrims who have completed their Hajj rituals to obtain official documentation electronically with ease and convenience.

The ministry explained that the certificate can be issued through a simple process within the app by opening Nusuk, selecting “Services,” choosing “Permits,” selecting the “Hajj” option, and then issuing the Hajj Completion Certificate.

The service is part of the ministry’s ongoing digital transformation efforts aimed at enhancing the pilgrim experience and providing seamless electronic services for the Guests of Allah after completing their pilgrimage.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah encouraged pilgrims not to let the memory of their spiritual journey pass without preserving it through the certificate, while congratulating them on completing their Hajj rituals and praying that Allah accepts their good deeds.
